I won't give just any poetry my time. I have no desire to read a mile long prose that only leaves you confused. I loved this book of poetry. I judge poetry based on the amount of heart the author puts in each piece. I could see that this was his life and his heart that was poured out onto the page, and he had me hooked from the very beginning. Let me give you a small sample of this wonderful book: "23:20 Half-moon kiss full lipped on concrete pavement in the dimmest glow. I held you briefly and we parted; shaking, jittery, though not from the cold. 20:36 Because: I can walk through lonely aisles always finding what I want in you." Now tell me, how could you not buy this book after reading that?
